1. Information We Collect

When you book a ride or submit a quote request, we collect: your full name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, ride date and time, group size, and any special requirements you choose to share (vehicle preference, accessibility, dietary, etc.). For corporate accounts, we collect company name, billing address, and a designated point-of-contact.

We also collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and time spent on each page. This is collected via standard web analytics (Google Analytics 4) only if you consent via our cookie banner.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to: (a) provide chauffeur services you have requested, (b) communicate with you about your booking, (c) coordinate with our chauffeurs, (d) send service updates and quote confirmations, (e) process payments through our payment processor, (f) maintain your customer account and booking history, and (g) comply with legal obligations (USDOT records, WA UTC reporting, tax records).

Analytics data is used to improve our website and understand how visitors use our services. This data is aggregated and not used to identify individual users.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as follows: (a) with the assigned chauffeur for your booking, (b) with our payment processor (Stripe or equivalent) for transaction processing, (c) with our email service provider (formsubmit.co or successor) for quote-request delivery, (d) with Google Analytics if you consent (anonymized IP), (e) with law enforcement upon valid legal request, (f) with our auditors and accountants for tax and licensing compliance.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not use it for marketing to other customers.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use a minimum of essential cookies for website function (session management, form persistence). We use Google Analytics 4 only with your explicit consent via our cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2 · analytics are denied by default until you explicitly opt in.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking Decline in the cookie banner or clearing your browser's site data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your booking and account information for the duration of our business relationship plus seven (7) years thereafter for tax and audit compliance under Washington State law. After this period, your information is securely deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics 4.

6. Your Rights (California & Washington Residents)

If you are a California resident under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect, (b) request deletion of your personal information, (c) opt out of "sale" of personal information (we do not sell), (d) access a copy of your personal information.

Washington State residents have similar rights under the Washington Privacy Act. To exercise any right, email privacy@quadrigalimo.com from the email address on file with us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, hashed and salted password storage, restricted access to personal information on a need-to-know basis among our staff, regular security audits, and compliance with PCI-DSS for payment card data (handled by our payment processor).

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18, please contact us at privacy@quadrigalimo.com for immediate deletion.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced via email to customers with active accounts at least 30 days before taking effect.
