How do I pay?
After your quote request, our dispatcher sends a custom invoice via Stripe · typically within 30 minutes. You pay securely through Stripe-hosted checkout with your choice of: credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Venmo. Both sides receive instant confirmation. No payment is collected on this website.
What's included in the rate?
Vehicle, NLA-credentialed chauffeur, standard wait time, complimentary bottled water, and route-monitoring. Tolls, parking at destination, and gratuity are typically additional. Custom quote within minutes · call our dispatcher for an exact breakdown.
Do you serve Sea-Tac airport (SEA)?
Yes. All three Puget Sound airports · SEA Sea-Tac (commercial), PAE Paine Field, and BFI Boeing Field (private aviation). We monitor flight status and adjust pickup time automatically. Premium meet-and-greet at baggage claim or general aviation FBO on request.
What if my flight is delayed?
No charge. Your chauffeur tracks your flight via FlightAware and adjusts pickup to actual landing time. We provide 30 minutes of complimentary wait time on domestic and 60 minutes on international arrivals.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at Sea-Tac?
Standard pickup is curbside at the arrivals island matching your airline · your chauffeur stages at the cell-phone lot and pulls up within about two minutes of your text. With the meet-and-greet upgrade, a uniformed chauffeur waits at baggage claim with a discreet name placard, escorts you out, and handles luggage. PAE and BFI arrivals are met planeside or at the FBO lounge.
Do you provide child or booster seats?
Yes · rear-facing infant, forward-facing toddler, and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Note your child's age and weight at booking so the chauffeur installs the correct seat before pickup. Washington law requires properly secured seats through age 8 or 4'9".
Is gratuity included?
A standard 20% gratuity for your chauffeur is added to most bookings. Custom corporate accounts and pre-arranged events may have negotiated terms. Discretionary additional gratuity is always welcome and goes 100% to the chauffeur.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation 24 hours ahead for standard rides. Group vehicles (the Sprinter van) and peak-date weddings require 7-day notice for full refund. Same-day cancellations are charged the minimum hourly fee. Full policy on the Cancellation page.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes · monthly invoicing, single dispatcher point-of-contact, executive visitor pickup, and multi-day client hosting. Amazon SLU, Microsoft Redmond, Boeing Everett, and Bellevue tech corridor accounts are standard. Email info@quadrigalimo.com for setup.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Every Quadriga Limousine chauffeur is NLA-credentialed (National Limousine Association), background-checked, defensive-driving certified, and a full-time employee · not a contractor. Quadriga Limousine is licensed by Washington UTC, authorized by USDOT, and carries commercial insurance well above state-minimum levels. Documentation available for corporate compliance.
